What you'll be doing

Delivering a range of spa and beauty treatments to a high professional standard.

Providing a warm, welcoming and personalised experience for every guest.

Conducting consultations and recommending suitable treatments and products.

Promoting spa treatments, packages and retail products.

Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness.

Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the spa.

Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive guest experience.

Essential

NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification).

Previous experience delivering spa and beauty treatments.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Professional, friendly and approachable manner.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexible approach to working weekends and bank holidays.

Driving license

Desirable

Experience within a hotel, resort or luxury spa environment.

Retail sales experience.

As a Spa Therapist at Hawkchurch Resort & Spa, you’ll play an important role in creating relaxing and memorable experiences for our guests. You’ll deliver a range of professional spa and beauty treatments, provide warm and personalised customer service, and help maintain the high standards expected within our luxury spa environment.
