Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Deliver body treatments, massages, and other spa services safely and comfortably.
• Maintain clean, hygienic, and well-stocked treatment rooms.
• Conduct consultations and customize treatments to client needs and goals.

• Maintain client records and treatment documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist.
• Certification in massage therapy or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in massage techniques and facial or body therapies.
• In-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.
• Positive, empathetic, calm, and professional demeanor.
• Attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
• Physical stamina for performing treatments throughout the day.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with cultural norms and customs in Saudi Arabia.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and treatments.
