The position is located on Um Al Saneem Street in Doha, Qatar.
The schedule is full time, the position is non-management, and it is not remote.
Position Summary
Spa Service Experts support vital spa functions and help create memorable, unique guest experiences.
The role includes promoting spa services and retail, scheduling reservations, confirming appointments, answering service questions, checking in guests, and processing payments.
Role Standards and Duties
- Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures.
- Uphold quality standards and maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communication.
- Use reservation software to read and visually verify information.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance.
