Support vital spa functions and help create memorable, unique guest experiences.
Make spa transactions feel like part of the guest experience through service, promotion, scheduling, and payment support.
Role responsibilities
- Promote spa services and retail products.
- Schedule reservations and confirm appointments.
- Answer guest questions about available services.
- Check guests in for appointments and process payments.
- Follow company policies and procedures and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
- Create a safe workplace and perform other reasonable duties requested by management.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
- Ability to use reservation software and visually verify information.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move across uneven or slippery surfaces.
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance.
