Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and accurately
- Schedule spa appointments and maintain an up to date reservation system
- Ensure guest profiles and preferences are accurately recorded
- Explain spa services, products, promotions, and packages to guests
- Handle check ins and check outs, including billing and payment processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and relaxation zones
- Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure a seamless service flow
- Upsell spa products and retail merchandise
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Follow opening and closing procedures of the spa
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
