Role Overview

What You Will Be Doing

• Welcome and warmly greet guests, creating a positive first impression.
• Handle spa reservations, appointments, and guest inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Explain and recommend spa treatments, services, and wellness experiences.
• Coordinate appointments with therapists and ensure a smooth guest journey.
• Manage guest records, payments, billing, and spa reception procedures accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the Spa Therapist and Supervisor.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Promote spa treatments, packages, and retail products where appropriate.
• Support smooth day-to-day spa operations and assist colleagues when required.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance.
• Follow spa policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.

• Arabic language ability for the Spa Receptionist role.
