• Middle East experience and additional listed languages are advantageous.

Role knowledge

• Thorough knowledge of SpaSoft, all spa treatments, and spa retail products is expected.
• Good telephone skills and professional telephone etiquette are required.

Work setting

• The role is based at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai and requires physical support of spa operations.
