The resort includes 360 guest rooms and suites, 182 serviced apartments, four villas, a Sofitel Spa with L’Occitane, a fitness centre, a kids club, and multiple dining venues.
Job Description
- Assist guests with spa-related information, provide personal attention, anticipate their needs, and escort them to appropriate facilities.

- Greet guests efficiently, escort them as required, and provide spa tours when needed.
- Host locker room and relaxation areas, helping guests find treatments and providing water.
- Prepare treatment rooms according to specified guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure all spa amenities and toiletries are stocked.
- Engage consistently with guests.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience is required, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
- Housekeeping experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
