Overview
- The Dachstiftung Diakonie is seeking a Sozialassistent:in for the daycare center 'Abenteuerinsel' in Soltau, starting as soon as possible.
- The facility cares for up to 30 children aged 1 to 3 years in two groups.
- Working hours: 38.5 hours per week (part time possible).
- Contract: permanent.
- Salary group: E 6 TV DN.
Your Tasks
- Work with children aged 1 to 3 years together with a lead teacher.
- Plan, prepare, and implement pedagogical work with children and parents according to the facility's concept and mission statement.
- Document individual learning processes of the children.
- Collaborate with parents in an educational partnership.
- Cooperate with various institutions.
- Engage in active parent work.
- Collaborate collegially with the entire team.
Your Profile
- Degree as a state recognized social assistant or socio pedagogical assistant.
- Solid experience in pedagogical work with children.
