Role Overview
Lead culinary operations for a bold dining concept combining contemporary global cuisine, creative comfort food, and indulgent desserts.
Maintain menu quality and consistency while developing the culinary offering in line with the brand identity.
The role is based in Riyadh and is seasonal for six months from November through April.
Kitchen Operations
- Lead the overall kitchen operation and maintain food quality, presentation, taste, and execution standards.
- Oversee a diverse menu including Asian, Italian, American, and contemporary global influences.
- Maintain recipes, plating standards, preparation methods, and kitchen SOPs.
- Lead briefings, tastings, quality checks, and service preparation.
Menu and Product Development
- Work with management on seasonal changes, new dishes, promotions, and special culinary activations.
- Develop innovative dishes that fit the brand identity and remain commercially viable.
- Document ingredients, yields, portion sizes, preparation methods, and presentation standards for each recipe.
