- Support daily kitchen operations, maintaining the highest standards of food quality and hygiene
- Lead service with calm precision, ensuring consistency across all sections
- Uphold presentation, portion control, and culinary excellence
- Supervise, train, and support junior chefs, fostering a respectful team culture
- Assist with menu development, seasonal changes, and member events
- Manage stock, ordering, and waste control
- Work closely with front of house teams to ensure a seamless member experience
Requirements
- Experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in high end hospitality
- Background in a private members club, five star hotel, or premium restaurant preferred
- Exposure to European and British cuisine highly preferred
- Strong culinary foundations with a meticulous eye for detail
- Fluent English communication skills
