About the Role
An exclusive luxury private members' club in Dubai is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee all procurement and sourcing activities, with a focus on kitchen, food & beverage, and hospitality-related purchasing.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end procurement process for all club operations, with particular focus on Kitchen, Culinary, Food & Beverage, and operational requirements
- Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure premium products at competitive commercial terms
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships across food, beverage, equipment, operating supplies, and hospitality services
- Oversee procurement of food ingredients, specialty products, kitchen equipment, smallwares, FF&E, and OS&E
- Work closely with Executive Chefs, F&B leadership, and operational teams to forecast requirements and ensure uninterrupted supply
- Monitor inventory levels and purchasing trends to optimize stock holding and minimize wastage
- Negotiate supplier agreements, pricing structures, and service contracts
- Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining the highest quality standards expected within a luxury environment
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and audit requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of procurement experience within luxury hospitality, private members' clubs, fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, or high end lifestyle venues
- Strong experience procuring food, beverage, culinary products, kitchen equipment, and hospitality operating supplies
- Existing supplier network within the UAE hospitality and F&B market is highly desirable
- Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience supporting high volume, premium dining operations
- Pre opening experience within luxury hospitality or private members' clubs would be an advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with culinary and operational leadership teams
