Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during food preparation and service
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency
  • Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen team members
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Menu engineering & seasonal special
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and ingredients
  • Reduce food waste and control kitchen costs
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food products
  • Handle customer feedback related to food quality when required
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly

Requirements

  • Preferred French Cuisine experience

Compensation

  • Pay: AED8,000.00 AED10,000.00 per month
