About the Role

Responsibilities
- Process and track purchase orders from requisition to delivery
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and supplier information
- Communicate with vendors to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and confirm delivery schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure adequate stock
- Prepare and analyze monthly reports on purchasing activities and inventory status
- Assist with the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures
- Report and coordinate with operation manager
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus
- Must have experience in Food & Beverage industry specially Restaurants & cashier system
- Previous experience in a purchasing or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with restaurants cashiering system
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation
- Pay: AED4,000.00 AED5,000.00 per month.
