Role Description
- The Sous Chef at Lane88 is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- Supports the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to consistent quality standards.
- Helps plan menus, coordinates inventory and ordering, and ensures proper storage and rotation of ingredients.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and best practices in a commercial kitchen.
- Solid time management and organizational skills.
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar supervisory kitchen role.
- Relevant culinary education or certification is preferred.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both kitchen and front of house teams.
