Role Description
- Monitor entrances and exits, check identification in line with local regulations, and manage guest flow to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Conduct security checks, observe guest behavior, and intervene calmly and professionally to prevent or de escalate conflicts.
- Collaborate closely with management and staff to enforce venue policies, respond to incidents, and coordinate with emergency services when necessary.
- Provide courteous customer service, answer guest questions, and represent Lane88 with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience or training in physical security.
- Background or familiarity with personnel security and private security practices.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and make quick decisions.
- Good physical fitness and stamina.
- Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures; relevant security or first aid certifications are an advantage.
- Clear, professional communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Prior experience in hospitality, entertainment venues, or similar environments is preferred.
