Overview

  • **Supervising kitchen operations**: Managing the minute-to-minute service flow and kitchen line.
  • **Leading in absences**: Assuming full control of the kitchen when the head chef is away.
  • **Staff management**: Hiring, training, mentoring, scheduling, and disciplining line cooks and kitchen staff.
  • **Quality control**: Performing final checks on dish flavor, presentation, temperature, and recipe accuracy.
  • **Inventory control**: Tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, minimizing waste, and managing food costs.
  • **Menu collaboration**: Assisting the head chef with recipe testing, menu updates, and creating daily specials.
  • **Safety compliance**: Enforcing local health department rules, sanitation requirements, and workplace safety protocols. [
  • Should have experience in Arabic restaurants.
  • Preferably Arabic nationality
  • Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
