- **Staff Management:** Interview, train, and mentor staff. Create shift schedules, delegate daily tasks, and monitor performance.
- **Customer Service:** Welcome guests, monitor table turnover, and check on diners to ensure satisfaction. Actively handle and resolve any customer feedback or complaints.
- **Quality & Safety Control:** Enforce compliance with local health regulations and food safety standards. Conduct regular kitchen and dining area sanitation inspections.
- **Operations & Inventory:** Monitor food and beverage stock levels, restock supplies, and maintain vendor relationships.
- **Financial Duties:** Manage cash drawers, process payments, and assist management in reducing operational costs and minimizing waste
- Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
