- Lead sourcing and procurement integration following a banking acquisition
- Drive strategic sourcing transformation across technology and business categories
- Build and implement the target sourcing operating model
- Lead vendor management, supplier governance, third party risk, and contract management initiatives
- Establish procurement governance frameworks, policies, and compliance controls
- Deliver cost optimization, supplier consolidation, and value realization initiatives
- Manage executive stakeholders, steering committees, and cross functional transformation programmes
- Ensure successful adoption of Group procurement standards, processes, and governance
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Vendor Management, or Procurement Transformation
- Proven experience leading large scale transformation, merger, acquisition, or integration programmes
- Strong expertise in procurement governance, category management, contract management, supplier management, and commercial negotiations
- Experience within Banking or Financial Services is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and programme delivery skills
- MCIPS or equivalent sourcing qualification is an advantage
