- Conduct category management for insurance
- Manage vendor selection and tender processes
- Negotiate contracts with insurance vendors and brokers
- Manage supplier relationships and procurement governance
- Ensure procurement compliance
Requirements
- Deep insurance category expertise
- Strategic sourcing background
- Experience in insurance procurement (medical, group life, credit life, general, financial lines, trade finance, insurance brokers)
- Experience in vendor and broker management
- Contract negotiation skills
- Tender management and RFP/RFQ experience
- CIPS Level 3+ or other procurement certification (preferred)
- Insurance certification (preferred)
- MBA (preferred)
