Sourcing Manager, Bedding

7-15 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, with a strong focus on Cotton Bedding products

Proven track record in vendor development, negotiation, and managing international supply chains, particularly in CN/SEA regions.

Deep knowledge of textile materials, manufacturing processes, and sustainability practices

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Textile Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., in sustainable sourcing) are a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and building global relationships.

Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in tools like Excel, ERP systems, or supply chain software.

Ability to travel internationally (up to 30%) and adapt to a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
