Role Overview
Part-time sourcing and procurement role supporting supplier research, purchasing operations, procurement documentation, and vendor coordination.
The role is fully remote and involves working with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and operational partners.
The position provides exposure to international suppliers, procurement operations, sourcing activities, and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support supplier sourcing, vendor research, quotation collection, and procurement activities.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on pricing, quality, availability, reliability, and business requirements.
- Request and compare quotations, pricing proposals, product specifications, and supplier terms.
- Coordinate purchase orders, procurement requests, approvals, deliveries, and supplier follow-ups.
- Maintain supplier databases, sourcing records, purchase documentation, and procurement trackers.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, order status, and delivery schedules.
- Support supplier onboarding, documentation collection, vendor performance tracking, and relationship management.
- Monitor procurement timelines, outstanding orders, delivery issues, and sourcing exceptions.
- Prepare procurement reports, spend summaries, supplier comparisons, and purchasing updates.
