Role Overview
Part-time retail operations role supporting daily retail processes, inventory coordination, sales reporting, merchandising activities, and operational administration.
The role is fully remote and involves coordination across retail locations, suppliers, inventory systems, e-commerce channels, and internal departments.
The position provides exposure to retail operations, inventory management, merchandising, e-commerce, and multi-channel business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day retail operations and administrative activities across stores and sales channels.
- Coordinate with store teams, suppliers, logistics providers, merchandising teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory availability, product movement, and operational KPIs.
- Maintain product, stock, sales, store, and operational records.
- Support replenishment, stock transfers, product allocation, and inventory reconciliation.
- Assist with merchandising updates, product launches, promotions, pricing changes, and retail campaigns.
- Prepare operational reports, sales summaries, inventory trackers, and performance updates.
- Monitor stock discrepancies, availability issues, pricing errors, and fulfillment delays.
