Solutions Services Manager

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, implementation consulting, or services engagement, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of scoping complex software implementations and drafting detailed Statements of Work (SOW).
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to run technical validations and translate business requirements into achievable implementation plans.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills , with experience collaborating across Sales, Deal Desk, and customer stakeholders.
• Experience in the legal-tech or procurement space (e.g., CLM or Procurement Orchestration) is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Legal Studies or Communications).
