EviSmart provides dental laboratories with Downloader, QC, and Case Entry modules for case workflow management.

The Senior Solutions Engineer owns onboarding for complex, multi-module accounts from the initial sales conversation through go-live.

The role begins as an individual contributor, with possible consideration for Team Lead after successful completion of the 90-day plan.

Map EviSmart to each customer’s Lab Management System and workflow during sales and onboarding.
Assist Sales with scoping complex, multi-module deals and identifying requirements before contracts are signed.
Support demos tailored to the customer’s LMS and laboratory workflow.
Coordinate between Sales and Product to resolve workflow or product-fit issues.
Work with Customer Success to improve onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Lead onboarding calls and ensure each call ends with a clear next step.
Complete onboardings within the timelines promised to customers.
Track onboarding status in HubSpot.

At least 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, or Technical Onboarding at a B2B SaaS company.
