• The core engineering team is collocated on-site in downtown Vancouver for rapid, focused iteration.
• The squad model emphasizes business outcomes such as uptime, quality, and scalability rather than ticket or story-point volume.
• The team uses weekly planning, standups, demos, and automated compliance, security, and reliability release gates.

What you'll own

• Own end-to-end technical design of the Customer Experience Platform while balancing short-term delivery with long-term scalability.
• Work hands-on alongside two to three engineers and bring system designs to production quality.
• Define API specifications, data contracts, code quality guidelines, and architectural patterns.
• Maintain greater than 99.9% uptime and fewer than 0.2 critical production issues per release.
