You will partner closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to design tailored electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) architectures, energy management strategies, and battery storage solutions. Drive and manage complex technology evaluations as the primary technical authority during pre-sales customer engagements, acting as a trusted advisor for ChargePoint products and solutions.
Conduct comprehensive engineering site and architecture assessments, either virtually or in-person, to develop tailored recommendations for EV charging infrastructure deployments.

Architect software API implementations and integrations between ChargePoint’s platforms and external third-party systems to meet specific customer requirements.
Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and product training to partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to articulate the value proposition of ChargePoint solutions.
Lead the technical response for complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Tenders, and partner with the sales team to craft accurate Statements of Work (SoWs) and proposals.
Partner with Product Management by translating customer feedback and market trends into actionable insights that help shape the product development roadmap.
Identify and proactively resolve technical roadblocks that could impact customer satisfaction, ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to deployment.
Maintain advanced knowledge of local electrical installation codes, EVSE standards, and industry trends surrounding battery energy storage and high-power solutions.
Advise customers on technical best practices and system architecture, demonstrating how to effectively integrate charging infrastructure into their broader business operations.
