Solutions Consultant - Managed Services

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.

Minimum 5 years of experience in solutions consulting, HCM consulting, managed services consulting, payroll/HR operations leadership, or related roles preferred.

Experience supporting strategic or enterprise opportunities, including complex multi-entity environments.

Advanced knowledge of HCM, payroll, HR operations, HCM compliance, SaaS delivery models, and managed services.

Proven ability to lead executive-level discoveries, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and translate customer needs into scalable solutions.

Experience with Paylocity or comparable HCM platforms preferred.

Physical Requirements: Ability to remain stationary for extended periods, operate standard business technology, communicate effectively, and travel as needed.

The base pay range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for our variable commission plan and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
