Job Purpose
Drive multi-cloud adoption across enterprise customers using Azure and AWS.
Design architectures, lead customer workshops, and position solutions that connect technical excellence with business value.
Engage sales teams and C-level executives to influence customer decisions through ROI, TCO, and business outcomes.
Customer Engagement and Solutioning
- Understand customer business and technical requirements.
- Design multi-cloud architectures across Azure and AWS for scalability, security, and performance.
- Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Align technology solutions with business outcomes as a trusted advisor.
Presales and Commercial Alignment
- Support sales cycles with RFP and RFI responses, proposals, and solution documentation.
- Collaborate with sales teams to position value-driven solutions that balance technical fit and commercial viability.
- Participate in TCO, ROI, and cost-optimization discussions for cloud adoption business cases.
Collaboration and Leadership
- Partner with delivery and operations teams to validate proposed solution feasibility.
- Lead customer workshops, architecture review sessions, and executive briefings.
- Stay current on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive offerings.
Job Specification
- At least 8 years of total professional experience.
- At least 2 years in presales or solution architecture roles.
- Strong expertise in at least two major cloud platforms, selected from Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Knowledge Areas
- Infrastructure covering compute, storage, and networking.
- Cloud-native AI services.
- Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio knowledge is beneficial.
- Application modernization, APIs, and integration.
- Hybrid and multi-cloud strategies.
