Role Overview
Support cloud partners and customers deploying advanced AI and HPC GPU infrastructure.
Focus on datacentre power, cooling, and MEP requirements for large-scale GPU deployments.
Guide strategic customers through datacentre design and provide feedback to business and engineering teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and operationalize NVIDIA solutions integrated with datacentre power, cooling, and MEP systems.
- Identify business opportunities with sales account managers and business leads.
- Serve as the primary technical contact throughout the GPU infrastructure lifecycle.
- Conduct technical customer meetings and address datacentre challenges.
- Build proofs of concept for networking, compute, and MEP infrastructure.
- Deliver customer presentations and workshops on datacentre practices.
- Troubleshoot power and cooling bottlenecks and improve reliability.
- Advise on modular construction, power management, cooling, and MEP innovations.
- Provide product and infrastructure feedback to engineering and business teams.
- Support compliance with electrical, mechanical, and environmental standards.
What We Need to See
- BS, MS, or PhD in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, another engineering field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 12 years of solution engineering or similar customer-facing engineering experience.
- Ability to own and drive technical engagements throughout the customer lifecycle.
- At least one of the listed datacentre certifications is requested.
- Experience deploying large-scale cluster environments.
- Practical expertise in datacentre design and execution for AI and HPC.
- Effective time management and ability to balance multiple tasks.
- Ability to communicate clearly through documents and presentations.
Additional Qualifications
- Familiarity with large datacentre design, power distribution, and liquid-to-chip cooling is advantageous.
- Familiarity with NVIDIA hardware, networking components, storage, and AI and HPC clusters is advantageous.
