Solutions Architect - Digital Assets & Crypto

We’re partnering with a growing financial platform investing heavily in

digital assets, blockchain, and

next-generation investment infrastructure

.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work at the intersection of

traditional finance and digital asset ecosystems

, contributing to the design of scalable, secure, and regulated platforms.

You’ll be involved in shaping how digital asset platforms are built and integrated within a broader financial environment — covering everything from

wallet infrastructure and custody

through to

trading, compliance, and reporting

.

This is a hands-on architecture role with exposure to

real-world production systems

, not just conceptual design.

Designing and evolving architecture across

digital asset and blockchain-based platforms

Supporting the build-out of

wallet and custody infrastructure

, including different wallet models and asset handling approaches

Contributing to solutions around

transaction processing, signing, and asset lifecycle management

Working closely with teams building

smart contract-enabled and token-based products

Helping shape systems that support

compliance, risk controls, and regulatory reporting

Supporting integration across

APIs, services, and event-driven systems

Contributing to platform scalability, security, and cloud-native architecture

Assisting with production challenges, system optimisation, and ongoing platform improvements

You’ll gain exposure across a broad and evolving stack, including:

Digital wallets (various models and storage approaches)

Custody and asset protection frameworks

Blockchain networks (public and/or private)

Ledgering and transaction management systems

Policy, approval, and control layers

Compliance tooling (KYC, AML, transaction monitoring)

API and microservices-based architecture

Messaging and event-driven systems

Cloud environments and containerised infrastructure

Data storage, security, and encryption practices

We’re open to different backgrounds, but typically you’ll have:

in financial services or fintech

Exposure to

digital assets, blockchain, or crypto-related platforms

Understanding of

trading, payments, or investment systems

Familiarity with

modern architecture patterns

(APIs, microservices, cloud)

Strong awareness of

security, data protection, and system resilience

Backend: Java, .NET, or similar

Integration: APIs, messaging systems, event-driven design

Nice to have, but not essential:

Exposure to

trading or execution platforms

Liquidity or routing systems

Settlement or reconciliation processes
