Discover, assess, and document customer business and technical requirements.
Serve as a subject matter expert on CPS ATM, debit, and credit card processing solutions and the card payments industry.
Recommend and position solutions that help financial institutions achieve business objectives.
Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and solutioning sessions tailored to customer needs.
Partner with Sales Executives to develop account strategies, solution designs, specifications, and pricing proposals.
Communicate customer requirements, product feedback, and enhancement opportunities to Product Management.
Support RFI/RFP responses and provide functional and technical product expertise.
Identify process improvement opportunities, product gaps, and alternative solutions to meet customer needs.
Coordinate sales activities, including meetings, strategy sessions, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and other teams.
Represent CPS at customer events, conferences, trade shows, and industry forums while fostering strong customer relationships and satisfaction
May perform other job duties as assigned.
Minimum of 10 years of sales engineering experience for card processing services.
Must be able to travel up to 30%.
Bachelor's degree.
Strong knowledge of debit, ATM, and credit card processing, including industry trends and business challenges.
Experience with card processing concepts such as network affiliations, interchange revenue, EMV, and card portfolio management.
Familiarity with Jack Henry products and lines of business.
Demonstrated success managing complex customer relationships and presenting technology solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
Strong sales, consulting, and solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional efforts, manage technical resources, and collaborate as a team player.
