Proposal & Contract Specialist II

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or experience with banking contracts.

Ability to travel up to 5% to attend JH meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.

Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload to meet aggressive deadlines.

Ability to understand basic legal documents and how they affect current and future proposals and contracts.

Strong business acumen and desire to strengthen knowledge of the business/industry.

Salesforce and Conga/QTC experience a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication, customer relation, organizational, detail oriented, technical, and project management skills.

Understanding of banking products and services.

Must demonstrate ability to work well under pressure, work effectively with associates at all levels.

Proficient in MS Applications – specifically Excel.
