Core Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8-10 years of Experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot technologies, Generative AI, and AI-powered productivity solutions.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot , Copilot Studio , Microsoft Power Platform , and Azure AI services.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads such as: Microsoft Teams SharePoint Outlook Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Microsoft Teams

- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic to advanced knowledge of cloud architecture, identity, security, and compliance concepts.
- Ability to build demos, proof-of-concepts, and customer solution architectures.
Customer & Business Skills

- Ability to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
- Experience leading technical demonstrations and workshops.
Preferred Experience
Experience with AI, machine learning, prompt engineering, or conversational agents.
Knowledge of enterprise productivity, business process automation, and digital transformation.
Relevant Microsoft certifications (for example, Azure AI, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365 certifications
