Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead Copilot and Agents engagements from ideation and hands-on-key validation through production adoption.
• Deliver customized demos, whiteboarding, proof-of-concept orchestration, and hands-on-key sessions for qualified opportunities.
• Design and validate secure Copilot and Agent architectures covering data readiness, governance, compliance, and integration.
• Drive Copilot adoption and workload expansion across Microsoft 365 and business applications.
• Document proof-of-concept outcomes and solution assessments in technical close and consumption plans.
• Define usage intent, consumption planning, deployment readiness, and execution milestones with Customer Success.
• Convert technical wins into deployment, usage, and consumption growth through cross-team collaboration.
• Track activities, blockers, milestones, and pipeline progression.
• Share AI and Copilot insights to improve team capability and field effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Have 5–8 years of experience in enterprise solution engineering or technical sales roles.
• Have deep expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Agents.
• Be skilled in secure, scalable architecture design and cross-functional engagement leadership.
• Have experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team learning and strategy.
• Have strong influence and communication skills for engaging executive stakeholders.
• Qualify through 5 or more years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience, a relevant degree with the specified experience, or equivalent experience.
