Position Summary
- The Solution Consultant II initiates, manages, and supports the development and deployment of new applications, gathering business requirements, and leading testing activities.
What you'll do
- Creates budget estimates, manages change control, and oversees risk management and other PMO deliverables.
- Works closely with key stakeholders to understand and gather business needs, identifying and escalating business issues, risks, limitations, and dependencies.
- May mentor Business Analysts and perform team lead functions as needed.
- Chairs team/project update meetings and attends management meetings when required.
- Drives the product discovery process by collaborating with business, UX, and engineering teams.
- Specifies, prioritizes, and communicates high level and detailed product specifications using written specifications, business rules, flows, cases, and UX deliverables.
- Performs development work to build code in React Native, web application development, and data pipeline creations.
- Supports product implementation and deployment, engaging with engineering and project management.
- Works closely with marketing and business to launch products and ensure adoption.
- Coordinates post launch activities to validate product functionality, manages training materials, and supports users.
- Manages close loop feedback cycles to encompass customer and user comments and needs.
- Defines, tracks, and improves key product metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software engineering or equivalent experience
- Software development experience
- Web App development exposure
- Experience in Tech Product Management
Compensation
- Pay range: CAD 74,000.00 CAD 101,750.00 per year
