Position Summary
- The Manager, Business Analytics & Insights leads delivery of actionable, data driven insights that improve business performance.
- You will partner with stakeholders to translate needs into analytical solutions; design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports; ensure data integrity; and champion a data driven culture.
What you'll do
- Engage business and technology stakeholders to clarify requirements, define success metrics, and prioritize roadmaps.
- Define roadmaps, run POCs, manage end to end implementation of analytics tools.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports; establish KPIs.
- Perform deep dive analyses and predictive analytics; build analytical models.
- Partner with engineering on data models; guide development of consumption tables.
- Mentor and review analysts’ work; train teams on analytics platforms.
- Document assets and workflows for business and technical stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Computer Science/Finance/Engineering or related quantitative field.
- 5+ years in analytics, BI, or data science roles delivering insights at scale.
- Hands on proficiency with SQL/Google BigQuery and at least one BI platform (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Ability to tell the story behind the data—excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of curiosity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python for analysis/automation.
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM, JIRA, and strong documentation practices.
- Familiarity with ETL pipelines; knowledge of statistical methods.
- GenAI Experience/Implementations.
- Retail experience is an asset.
Pay Range
- The pay range for this position is CAD 91,900.00 CAD 126,390.00.
