About the Role

Responsibilities
- Engage business stakeholders to understand functional and non functional requirements
- Design end to end solutions across digital channels and telecom ecosystems
- Produce high level and detailed solution designs covering mobile apps, web portals, CRM, API/middleware, etc.
- Ensure scalability, security, resilience, and performance by design
- Produce architecture deliverables: SDD, HLD/LLD, integration diagrams, sequence diagrams, API specs
- Present solutions to Architecture Review Boards and governance forums
- Work closely with development teams, vendors, QA, DevOps, and project managers during implementation
- Coordinate across business, IT, vendors, and external partners
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Solution Architecture / Technical Architecture roles
- Strong experience within telecommunications operators or telecom technology vendors
- Proven experience delivering digital channel platforms (mobile apps, self service portals, eCommerce, etc.)
- Strong experience integrating with telecom systems: CRM, Billing, Charging, Order Management, Middleware, Identity
- API led architecture / microservices / middleware integration
- REST / SOAP / event driven integration
- Cloud and hybrid architecture understanding
- Security architecture basics (OAuth2, SSO, IAM)
- SQL / data model understanding
- Agile delivery model experience

Role Purpose
- We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in telecommunications and digital channel solutions.
- The role will translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high quality solution designs across customer facing digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage business stakeholders, product teams, and operations teams to understand requirements.
- Analyze business processes, customer journeys, and pain points.
- Convert business needs into architecture ready solution requirements.
- Design end to end solutions across digital channels and telecom ecosystems.
- Produce high level and detailed solution designs covering mobile apps, web portals, CRM, API/middleware, etc.
- Ensure scalability, security, resilience, and performance by design.
- Produce architecture deliverables: SDD, HLD/LLD, integration diagrams, sequence diagrams, API specs.

Required Experience

- Cloud and hybrid architecture understanding

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telecom BSS / OSS ecosystems
- Experience with TM Forum Open APIs
- TOGAF certification
- Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Experience with vendors such as Amdocs, Huawei, Oracle, Salesforce, WSO2, MuleSoft, Adobe
