Solution Architect

• Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AWS Solution Architect to join our dynamic presales team.

In this client-facing role, you will be the primary technical authority for our sales team, acting as a trusted advisor to prospective clients.

The m ission is to understand their business and technical challenges and design innovative, scalable, and secure AWS solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes.

You will be instrumental in driving the technical win and ensuring a seamless transition from the sales cycle to our delivery teams.

• Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and lead the technical engagement with prospective clients.
• Conduct in-depth discovery workshops and meetings to uncover customer pain points, business drivers, and technical requirements.
• Articulate the value proposition of Workmate’ s services and the AWS platform, tailored to the client's industry and needs.
• Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders and executives, establishing credibility and trust.

• Translate complex customer requirements into robust, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions on AWS.
• Design and present high-level architecture diagrams, technical proposals, and proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations.
• Ensure all proposed solutions are aligned with the AWS Well-Architected Framework, covering pillars of operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Develop Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) models to support the business case for cloud adoption.
