Role overview
Provide architecture leadership and support for the organization’s international segment.
Serve as a liaison between international teams and counterparts in US organizations.
Own business solution delivery and architecture initiatives in line with adopted technology standards.
Develop knowledge of core business systems, in-house applications, MI platforms, and data integration mechanisms.
Architecture responsibilities
- Create current- and future-state architecture roadmaps and document gap analyses.
- Support strategic planning, project scoping, and business case development.
- Attend international insurance market forums and share relevant developments with technology teams.
- Work across the group as an innovation architect and deliver proofs of concept.
- Act as project design authority during delivery and coordinate designs across architecture domains.
- Produce documentation covering application environments, data flows, and support processes.
- Review project and enhancement conformity against target architecture designs.
- Advise application teams on application logic, code structure, scalability, performance, and reuse.
- Ensure logical integration between internal and external systems and datasets.
