- 10+ years in support and/or delivery roles in Endur
- Strong functional knowledge of Endur in at least one key business area
- Proven experience leading cross functional teams
- Good understanding of ITIL and Agile delivery practices
- Experience operating pods or squads in a scaled Agile environment (good to have)
- Exposure to regional trading practices in the GCC (good to have)
- Formal people management experience (good to have)
