Job Description

Your Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in building large-scale, high-volume, low latency, high availability, and complex distributed services.
• A hands-on solution architect who has delivered at least 5-7 large to medium scale projects from ground zero.
• Experience leading global or distributed engineering teams (10+ engineers)
• Software engineering experience with:
• + Java and distributed systems
• + One or more hyperscaler platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)
• + Cloud-native application architecture
• + Microservices architecture
• + API management and integration platforms
• + Headless digital architectures
• + Event-driven systems
• + Data and analytics platforms
• + CI/CD and DevOps environments
• + Enterprise integration technologies (iPaaS, ESB, ETL)
• AI & Data experience with:
• + Agentic AI on hyperscaler platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Vertex AI, Amazon Web Services Bedrock, Microsoft Azure OpenAI), including designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging LLMs and RAG-based architectures
• + Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures, with hands-on experience in developing proof-of-concepts and scaling them into secure, production environments
• + End-to-end AI/ML lifecycle (AI SDLC), including model integration, governance, and deployment within enterprise systems
• + Modern data platforms, machine learning environments, and AI-enabled applications, enabling scalable and business-aligned AI transformations
• Preferred: Arabic speakers / natives
