Solar Installer starting pay is $20.00- $25.00 based on experience in construction or with solar.

Solar Installers will work on residential and commercial roofs to install solar panels using various mounting systems.

Installers are expected to follow crew leader's instructions to correctly install solar equipment.

Candidates must be able to lift over 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work on flat and sloped roofs.
