Number of positions currently vacant: 4 Job Description We are seeking Software Testers to fill five positions. As a software tester, you will be in charge of the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment. Automated and manual test will ensure that the software is ready to be deployed for users. Testing plays a vital role in the development of our software. You must be able to conduct your testing with proper documentation and repeatable procedures. Key job responsibilities: - Follow through full lifecycle of testing depending upon project size - Adherence to Casepoint procedures - Follow testing guidelines - Generate test script/test cases as instructed by Test Lead - Execute test cases according to plan - Conduct testing - Record test results - Report errors according to procedures - Report daily to manager Required skills & experience - 0.6 to 3 years experience - Required skills include: - Knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle - Bug tracking - Bug reporting - Generating test case and scenarios - Documenting - Knowledge and hands-on experience of Automation tools like Selenium, Jmeter, Loadrunner etc. Compensation & culture: Excellent culture produces an excellent product.
