The HR Manager, People Operations is a hands-on HR leader responsible for delivering efficient, compliant, and employee-focused HR operations across Casepoint's U.S. workforce.

This role owns core employee lifecycle processes, benefits and leave administration, compliance, HR service delivery, and operational HR programs.

The ideal candidate is proactive, technologically capable, and committed to continually improving how HR operates.

What You'Ll Do

  • Own and continuously improve employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and related HR operations.
  • Manage benefits and leave administration and serve as a primary operational partner to brokers, carriers, and vendors.
  • Oversee I-9 compliance, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, required training, and other assigned compliance activities.
  • Manage employee HR inquiries and ensure employees and managers receive timely, consistent support.
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, documentation, employee resources, and the HR compliance calendar.
  • Coordinate recurring HR programs including open enrollment, compliance activities, and employee communications.
  • Establish operational controls and conduct routine audits to maintain accurate, compliant, and audit-ready HR records and processes.
  • Partner with the Senior HR Analyst on HRIS, data integrity, reporting, compensation processes, and HR technology initiatives.
  • Develop employee and manager self-service resources that simplify access to HR information and services.
  • Own the continuous improvement roadmap for People Operations by identifying and implementing opportunities to simplify, automate, or eliminate inefficient processes through AI, automation, and technology.
  • Build scalable HR processes and establish measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, service delivery, and employee experience.
  • As organizational needs evolve, assume additional People Operations responsibilities, including HR systems, reporting, analytics, or compensation administration.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with significant responsibility for HR operations.
  • Strong experience with benefits, leave administration, employee lifecycle processes, and HR compliance.
  • Hands-on HRIS experience and comfort working with HR data and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment requirements.
  • Strong organizational, project-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to independently identify problems and opportunities and drive solutions through completion.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset and demonstrated ability to use AI, automation, and technology to improve processes and service delivery.
  • Ability to balance day-to-day operational responsibilities with longer-term improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
  • ADP Workforce Now experience.
  • Experience with HR technology, automation, compensation, reporting, or workforce analytics.
  • Experience in a technology, SaaS, or professional-services environment.
