Role overview
Seeking an HR and payroll software demo and implementation executive with practical knowledge of UAE HR and payroll processes.
The role focuses on HRX360 demonstrations, customer requirements, implementation support, configuration, training, and post-demo follow-up.
This is not a traditional HR operations, lead-generation, or cold-calling position.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 3,000–6,000 per month based on experience.
- Sales incentives are provided for deals successfully converted through demonstrations and follow-ups.
Workplace and employment
- The work location is in person in Dubai.
- The job type is full-time.
Key responsibilities
- Learn HRX360 and understand its HR, attendance, leave, and payroll modules.
- Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations and answer functional questions about UAE HR and payroll.
- Understand customer requirements, explain software solutions, and follow up with prospects after demonstrations.
