Role Overview
Sell UAE-focused HR and payroll software to prospective business customers.
Understand prospect requirements, demonstrate the product, follow up, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Identify HR, attendance, leave, and payroll challenges.
- Conduct online and in-person software demonstrations.
- Explain how the software addresses prospect requirements.
- Handle customer questions and sales objections.
- Follow up regularly until opportunities are closed.
- Maintain lead stages and discussion updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the implementation team after closing deals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B software sales.
- Knowledge of UAE HR and payroll processes is an advantage.
- Experience selling HR, payroll, ERP, CRM, or SaaS solutions is preferred.
- Strong software demonstration and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of the UAE business environment.
- Confidence communicating with HR managers, finance managers, and business owners.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Compensation
- The description states pay of AED 3,000 to AED 7,500 per month.
