We're a Dubai-based software company looking for a friendly, articulate Onboarding Executive to be the face of our products for new clients.
After a sale is confirmed, you'll be the person who welcomes the new client, runs their product demo, sets up their account, and trains their team to use our software confidently.
This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, explaining things clearly, and being part of a growing software business.
What You'Ll Do
- Deliver live product demos to prospective clients (scheduled by the management team), both remote and in-person
- Onboard new clients after order confirmation — set up their accounts, configure initial settings, and create user logins
- Conduct training sessions for client teams, typically 1–2 hours per session
- Answer early-stage product questions from newly onboarded clients during their first weeks
- Create and maintain help guides, short video walkthroughs, and FAQs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handovers
- Gather client feedback during onboarding and share insights with the management team
- Maintain accurate records of every onboarding in our CRM
What We'Re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Commerce, Communication, or similar preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation
- Confident and presentable on video calls and in front of clients
- Strong communication and presentation skills — you can explain technical concepts in simple language
- Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom/Teams, and willingness to learn CRM tools
- Organised and able to manage multiple client onboardings at once
- Patience to walk clients through software step-by-step
- Nice to Have
- Previous experience in SaaS customer service, training, teaching, or SaaS implementation.
- Background in hospitality, healthcare, banking, or education (training-heavy environments)
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Experience creating short tutorial videos or help documentation
- Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
