About the role
HI Labs is seeking a Software Mentor/Faculty Trainee for its technology education programs.
The role combines software engineering fundamentals with technical mentoring and student support.
The position is suitable for fresh graduates, recent graduates, and developers with 0–2 years of experience.
Job details
- The role is a full-time internship lasting six months.
- The work mode is on-site at the Lucknow office.
- The stipend is ₹5,000–₹12,000 per month based on performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with technical learning sessions and explain programming concepts using simple examples.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and help students with assignments, exercises, and programming problems.
- Review student code, provide constructive feedback, and help identify and fix errors.
- Guide students through small software development projects and development workflows.
- Prepare exercises, assignments, and revision materials.
- Track student progress and identify areas requiring additional support.
- Maintain session notes and learning documentation.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve learning materials.
