- Manage license inventories, entitlements, and usage
- Ensure license compliance and support audits
- Identify optimization opportunities
- Support renewals, true ups, and changes
- Support end to end contract lifecycle management
- Review licensing, audit, renewal, and termination clauses
- Maintain contract documentation and track key milestones
- Use Excel for license tracking and compliance reporting
- Use Power BI for dashboards and reporting
- Use SAP Ariba for contract records and approvals
- Work within IT governance and audit frameworks
- Coordinate with IT, Legal, Finance, and Audit teams
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience
- Experience in software license management and contract management
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP Ariba
- Knowledge of IT governance and audit frameworks
- Ability to coordinate with IT, Legal, Finance, and Audit teams
